Great save Jon, it looks to be in great shape Amazing.
All GE Combos had an omit dry button but it was later [ more appropriately called ] drip dry , LOL.
Jon you do know that the water heater feature won't work because it just uses the dry heaters at the
top of the outer tub, so that can't possibly work , LOL.
The maximum dry temperature measured at the thermostat sensor bulb is around 280 degrees on the
machines with 6 drum baffles and is a little higher the four baffle drum machines, but sure to use the
Special setting on the dry control for any thing that has elastic or any synthetic fiber content to prevent falling undies.

The red dial indicates how the combo can warp the time-space continuum when it achieves high speed... LOL! Nice capture! Will we see it demolished by a wrecking ball like my poor Lady K's?

Congrats, Jon! A rare beauty indeed!
Neat, Jon, I am so happy that you were able to rescue it. Those formed baffles look like the ones in the WP 33" combo. Given their shape, you can see that the motor does not reverse like in the newer GE combos. The red spin area of the timer might be to warn bystanders to be on the lookout for a lurching combo if a floor cup breaks loose.

Yay Jon!!!!! Congratulations, its beautiful, and especially wonderful since this machine spins between the wash and the rinses unlike the later non-transmission machines! A rare find for sure!

Rich- I have to ask did you have anything to do with the guy who ships "hose clamp wrenches" in the new Postal Ad??
Moparwash- I did see the Foodarama and its really in mint shape too, no rust,all the logo badges look great, and supple gaskets right down to the floor! And he also has a similar model in a GE Monitor top which is also immaculate for its age! It has wooden door surrounds.
Mike- The GE will be getting Artey's blanket real soon and a good dose of Rosalie's too,and some vintage DASH!!
