I know of a similar range, in turquoise, sitting in a backyard. It's probably not a grand, either.....

It's actually too bad, the range is in very nice condition and but for the price someone might actually enjoy having it. I think 40" ranges were more in vogue then, so finding vintage gas ranges in this size is not as easy.

Scott, I too wondered if this MC could of started its journey in a mobile home, because of the width. Pink and yellow were hot with the manufactured housing designers of the day. alr2903

I think some had their head IN that oven with the gas turned ON before writing this ad.
It seems clean but get real.

Lets give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they added too many zeros. It's a misprint! an error. sure

Yeah, a grand is pretty stiff, but if it is really perfect and everything works then it may very well cost the same or more to find a less perfect one and have it rebuilt. The 30" size is rare in that vintage range and will fit lots of places the 36" and larger units won't. Mind you, I wouldn't pay $1000 for it, but then again I'm not a pink guy, give me turquoise!
