1962 GE Americana range with Skylight window

As Tom says, these have a special side-to-side broiler element due to the top mounted viewing window... would these elements be available anymore? How about the regular bottom and top oven elements, or general stuff like switches etc? This is likely to become a Daily Driver at some point, and I do a lot of cookin'& bakin'!

Can I guess you bought the one in Jay, Roger??? Did you get the dishwasher, too??

I've seen the range top pushbutton switches at Hansens and at Modern Parts in Ohio. Larry in Ohio had a whole bunch of oven and broiler elements, too so he might have the 'side to side' unit you're looking for.

yes I did! Everything pictured except the fridge, which was a newer model repainted to match, and he sold it already anyhow.

I think, am pretty sure, that Marcotte's has those big button units, likely the elements too, I've GOT to get back there soon. Sorry I missed you and Phil in September!

Are my favorites, mainly because the oven is not self cleaning, that is one less thing to tear up, love the big buttons!
