"1963" Lady Kenmore

I found this on Craigslist here in the Phoenix area. The person is claiming it is a 1963 Lady Kenmore. I know it isn't a 63, but not sure exactly, but isn't it a 70? Also in the title, they are asking $1000 for it. I hope they aren't serious.
