If it were only closer!
Frigidaire's with the big coils are the only electrics I like as well as a gas cooktop.
There is an easy test for an oven thermostat...commercially made refrigerator biscuits, Pillsbury or Ballard type...preheat the oven to the stated temperature, let it set there for about 10 minutes, pull the can out of the refrigerator, bake the biscuits as directed. If they are burned...the oven is waaay too hot, and if they are under-done, the oven is too cool.
Plus, you then have a side, or a snack, or compost pile fodder!
