I wished that is was closer to me, for I think it's the the first Solid State electronic washer for Kenmore.

Yep....... That's Correct.....
That is INDEED a 1978 Lady Kenmore...... This is the VERY FIRST Lady Kenmore with electronic controls.
I see the "Solid-State" insignia is hanging toward the side a little bit. Aside from the machine not draining, I hope there isn't any other noteworthy damage to this beautiful machine.
Someone's got to rescue this machine as well.
