that POPPY Frigidaire stove really pops with the blue cabinets and blue pots. I love the way those colors look together! Beautiful kitchen floyde!

RSE-36P Frigidaire super help
I am the second owner of the 1969 Frigidaire RSE-36P Super range all with original paperwork. It came with my first house I bought and has worked great for 12 years. I love this stove and the thermostat just went out!! Any one have any tips on finding one?

What do you mean by the thermostat went out ?
I am going to guess that you mean the oven stopped heating ?
If so does the red indicator light still come on ?
Does wither the bake or broil element heat at all ?

RSE-36P Frigidaire super help
They oven still heats but won't stop heating! The indicator light does work and goes out when desired temp is reached but they just keeps heating up! I was told it was the thermostat but I am unable to locate the part and the I was told the thermostat can't be rebuilt since it was a self cleaning oven.

Frigidaire Range That Won't Stop Heating
You either have a shorted heating element or a bad heat relay, both are easy fixes.
Does the bake element still get red and heat evenly ?,
Does it stay the same way when the light goes off on the control panel ?
Does the broil element behave the same way ?
Not knowing where you live I can not suggest any one to help.
