Give me....
....the Honda Odyssey or an Accord Wagon any day.....
...and I never thought I would say this, but...erk...a Camry wagon will have nearly as much boot space, likely be more reliable and use about half the fuel....
The other thing I notice is that people seem to equate 'large' with 'comfortable'....and in American car terms that often means 'huge'. Comfort is so more then the initial squish of the seat.
Neither of the Honda's or the Camry are 'small' cars, are renown for their quality and reliability, indeed Toyota has traded on it like Volvo and Mercedes trade on safety, and are undoubtedly more economical. Additionally, unless you're hauling full size appliances on a weekly basis, why pay the additional fuel costs every day of ownership? Get a tow hitch put on and borrow or hire a small trailer on those occassions you need to.
Oh, and they are newer and safer to boot...
Finally, something from left field and food for thought
- 9yrs younger
- Solid
- Safe
- renowned the world over for seat comfort
- undoubtedly more economical
- probably negotiable to the same price
Ok, higher mileage, but the make is also well known for handling moon-shot mileage with good servicing.....
