A friend just got me this calendar for my birthday. I think everyone will love this! I believe she got this at Boarders.
Contains ads from Ivory Snow, Tide, Maytag, KitchenAid, Roper, Whirlpool, Amana, Joy and a few nore non-appliance ads.

I'm going to ask for one as a late Christmas gift. I calendar I will actually enjoy looking at.

A local bookstore chain does an annual sale of calendars every New Year's Day. $3 a calendar. They generally have a 50's style calendar in the mix. Right now I'm looking at a "Kitchen Kitsch" calendar. December is the '49 GE combination freezer/fridge ad, in all its glory.

Usually the bookstore has a pretty strange assortment of calendars nobody wanted... the strangest I ever got was a paint by numbers calendar with little paint cups and a brush... lol...
