Cheese Wafers

Hans; that is the same recipe my grandmother 1900 - 1966 and my mother (now 91) have made my whole life.

Hans that sounds about the right time.  I need to get some of her camdy recipes for Christmas.  One of her best is Aunt Bills Brown candy.  Long time to cook on the store toap and lots of beating.  Her pralines were to die for too and used buttermilk.

Pet Milk recipe and mopther-in-law

Made this every Holiday season.  She made it the week after Thanksgiving to set and then her addition was to add rum to soak in.  Good recipe and better that most baked Fruit Cakes.  Will have to make it for this year.

Hey Hans!

Your grandmother's cheese wafers have been a favorite in my family for generations!  Sometimes we place a whole pecan half onto each wafer before we bake them.  Wonderful!
