2012 Kenmore Elite won't power on.

Just replaced the membrane switches on my model 587 Kenmore Elite dishwasher and now it won't power on. No lights on the switches or anything. I replaced the door latch and door switches too and still no luck. It will beep when I switch on the circuit breaker but that's it. Does it need to be reset and if so, is there a reset code ? Thanks for any help.

if it is like my KitchenAid...there is a 'key dance' that will reset the machine....you hit a few keys in sequence, close the door, it will run a series of test, and then be ready to go....

search YouTube, for your model, or similar, and it will show you how to do...

keep in mind of who made your dishwasher for Kenmore, as you may have to look it up by brand name...

Check all the connections you made while repkacing the board. Could be a loose or misding connection.

Hi Keven, I have no idea what DW you are working on, A Sears model # will have three numerals a period and 6-10 additional numerals.

The most important thing when asking advice is to completely identify what you are asking about.

How it was malfunctioning
