Hi,
Grande Carlo, per la descrizione della storia Indesit.
On K5 Users' manual was said the factory was in Orbassano exaclty but the last IndesitCO plant went unfortunately in trouble was in None... alway in Turin country.
The right pic of L8 model came from a seventies catalogue page Alessandro gave me several months ago. It became his youtube channel (ISZ76) backgroung pics after I did the composition you see below:
- L5LI on left: the machine was provided with 3 knobs, timer, temperature control and on/off-BIO-non/iron switch; the L5SI hadn't this last knob but the 3 pushbuttons as the L8, but always put on top, other differences were that L5LI has 3 detergent compartements and the BIO to be cold or warm depending on temperature selectors position, while L5SI has only 2 compartements and BIO was alway cold
- L8 in middle: timer, temperatures, 3 pushbuttons, on/off-BIO-non/iron
- L6 on right: timer, temperatures, switcher (don't know exacly each position features).
The "legend" says that there were two L6 models, the RED one was jus like this in the picture, the BLU one hadn't the switcher but the 3 knobs was timer, temperature and... BIO timer! Weren't you Paul posted a sample of the BLU one some years ago!?
