I got five of these when a laundromat in Boston was renovated. Mine were from 1993, and all but one had bad transmissions. One speed 120V motor, three speed tranny with two shift solenoids. Can you say very unreliable? They are very noisy, rotate in one direction only, and very poor extractors. No wonder they gave them away. One thing good I will say, they are built like tanks. The materials used are top notch. I fully restored one, and used the others for parts.
