Those are both amazing appliances. They're less than 2 hours drive from me, but I don't know where I'd put either one.

Also, I wonder if the fridge even works? The ad says it hasn't been used since 1956!

Great products at a more realistic price!!I only wish I could have them shipped here for the same amoint but , not even $1,000 would cover the outrages price they'd charge to ship here.

Wow, those are nice! The range must be between 60" & 66" wide.

I'm thinking one of the brochures I got after my dad's uncle passed away showed a range much like this. It was from INCO, the maker of Monel Metal, and featured lots of products that used it. They built their house in 1936, and it had cabinets, Monel sinks & countertops made by Whitehead Metal Products. I'm surprised Aunt Hazel didn't get that range, as I'm sure she would have wanted it. Maybe not enough left in the budget, as I'm sure it was very expensive.

Those really are beautiful vintage appliances, and the prices seem reasonable. Fortunately for me they're thousands of miles away and my home wouldn't look right with applainces like that. I assume this General Electric Imperial Range is the GE counterpart.
