Confused myself

Maybe someone can help explain this.
I researched Vestel (Turkish Comapany that have purchased Servis & Electra by the looks of it).
On the Turkish Vestel website, as shown in the link - I think its the right one they have this photo below for washing machines.
I am sure this is a Bosch Logixx, Siemens Upper class IQ's drum known as Variosoft, Opti-wave etc.
Does this mean that Bosch will be making Vestel machines.
Surely if Bosch aren't making Vestel machines, then that photo is copyrighted to Bosch? Why is Vestel used it?

Could this mean though, if they are made by Bosch - a 3rd / 4th brand to have opti-wave drum here in the Uk & Probably around the world?

Someone help!

Oh and what do you think they would call it, if it is that drum in Vestel machines? Opti-Vario???
