Looks like it hasn't been used in so long, that it's turned into a home for spiders, etc.

I too was going to say, a bit pricey for something that doesn't exactly work....who knows what else is wrong with it....and not in the best looking condition.....
it could be something spectacular once gone over and polished up......but not at a starting price of 200.00.....

Wow, honestly I didn't even notice the price.
Yeah on the steep side. I'd say offer $50 - $75 tops.
