I'd have to look through the huge early Frigidaire book to get an exact date, but for several years prior to the War, Frigidaire made several 'dual fuel' ranges.  This may be the first example I've seen pop up in the flesh.  Very cool!  Judging by the badge, I'd say this is probably a 1940/1941 model.
