Had to treat my sweet, pretty and wonderful love of my life Sunflower Katie to some haute cuisine on one of dozens of subzero nights here in the deep freeze called the Twin Cities.  Yes I did cheat on the Potatoes and veggies but they are dishes she likes.

First up.  Oven broiled (baked @ 450f) fresh Mahi-Mahi filet, (rare to find this far north) seasoned with butter, white wine, lemon pepper, paprika and parsley. Then there is the dry aged boneless NY strip pan seared in seasoned butter to rare and finished in the oven to mid rare.

Whirlykenmore78,  That food looks delish.   What is the name of that corningware pattern please?  I have never run on to that one. alr

Thanks Guys!

We Really enjoyed that food.  Left very little to challenge the WP Powerclean except the Au Gratin pan and the fish pan which it laughed at and asked for more.  The cost for us both to eat this meal was around $30.  A small fraction of what it would cost if I couldn't cook it had went out to eat.  Yet another advantage of culinary training!  Happy cooking and eating.
