A job! Finally!

Well, after almost a year of doing computer work on the side here in TN, I finally scored a job working at the Dell facility in Lebanon, TN. Woohoo! That's what I'm talkin about.

So if you buy a new Dell, just remember a FELLOW WASHER ENTHUSIAST (me!) probably built or checked it out before it shipped out hehe.

Congrats on the job too, as one who just finished 3 1/2 months of unemployment I know how great it feels to get back to work.

Just so y'all know, I did drop a resume off at Whirlpool in Knoxville. Didn't get a response but I least I got as far as the front door and got to see the building. I was floating on air the rest of the day.

Could you imagine the interview:

"So why would you want to work for Whirlpool?"

"Because I collect vintage Kenmore washing machines."

Congrats on the new job Jason....
I ordered a new Dell last Wednesday and got the automated call today that it will be delivered tomorrow/today (Tuesday).
Just went for the cheapie deal Inspiron 530 with an upgrade to 2 gig Ram, Vista Home Premium and floppy drive because we have some office programs and forms we need to retrieve from old diskettes.
Pretty much all I needed because I don't do gaming or any fancy stuff just internet and emails.
