Not for me, but IMO it qualifies as art, and the price is reasonable considering the amount of time spent on design and execution. I have no doubt it will find a home. It just won't be mine.
They should have painted it the original color. I can't stand it when people restore things, and do all of these crazy modifications. I like to have things restored like it came off of the assembly line. I am the same way when it comes to classic cars of all kinds.
