One little diversion I have here in the new digs is to check out all the new thrift stores. At the same store I found my Hoover Celebrity Elite at was this little gem.

Opened it up and discovered a rarity. The warming pans! I've not seen one with them. These most likely are lost and not turned in with the roaster.

I'd Say....

From the color, the woodgrain trim, the font on the control panel and the nice workmanship....

....Late '60s or early '70s.

NESCO is still very much in business; if you got the model number off it and asked nicely, they might be able to tell you when they made it.
 
Wow -- that is a very complete roaster!   Nice score!

 

The fake wood handle and the color scheme are saying "70s" to me.

 

Too bad the literature wasn't with it.  Often it will contain a publication date.
