Any perspectives on this?
Out of several hundred simultaneous translators in Germany, I personally know 0 who are straight and male...but tons who are women or gay men.
Not saying we are smarter or better than straight men...just - it sure would explain a lot.

Oh Man...

Don't let the "Christians" get hold of this news. God knows how they'll tear it apart. Most of them are still under the premise that being gay is a choice.

What bothers me most

about the christianists is that they pretend to believe one thing above all others, yet act in diametric opposition to this "supreme belief".

If one follows their convoluted logic, the overriding, the one and only mandate for Christians is to get people "saved". By "saving" people, they are fulfilling their mandate, set by their God.

Yet, by focusing exclusively on one group which is sanctioned by their bible and pouring all their hatred out onto us, just how do they expect us to respond to their "offer" to be saved?

Were they to think things through (ah, but that presupposes the ability to form coherent thought) they would realize that driving us away is the opposite of their "obligation" to their "lord".

Sigh.

Hitler showed clearly how effective organized hatred can be. What a pity that the christianists learned this lesson so well.
