This is it for now - until I get to meet the guy next week and see what he says - i'll certainly report back - I finally feel like I can actually participate in this club now instead of just drool over everyone elses treasures - lets see...

This is what the inside of my head looks like...

The reservoir in the super filter flo pan was for dispensing detergent. Couldn't be for fabric softener - the filter would have washed all the fabric softener through the filter during the wash.

Unbelievable!!!!

It can't believe my eyes. What an awesome find. I can't wait for future updates. Good luck next week. (All together now ... good things come to those who wait!)

OMG, this is a must if the gentelman wants to get rid of any or all of it. Launderess, yes, you are right. Can a club member here afford to buy the whole lot and share with others? I am willing! Any business partners interested?

Steve, yes, it would be a great idea to see if the owner would like to liquidate stock. It would probably take lots of man/woman hours to clean and catalog his inventory, but as they say "there's gold in dem dar hills".

While it would be a worthwhile endevour, and this is really putting the cart before the horse, to make it work the project would need a clear frame work to prevent any misunderstandings between club members, and or anyone stepping on anyone else's toes.

Again old appliance repair/stores like this are dying breeds. Normally what a big outfit like Sunderberg (sp?) does not take, ends up in a dumpster. Considering this is a public forum if anyone is serious we should take the conversation "private". Do not want the trolls reading the board and getting ideas. No offense meant to the trolls *LOL*.

Wow Matthew your pictures are fabulous! Congrats on a great find. I see a little bit of everything in there. Keep us posted as to what the owners says about his stuff.

I like the pic of the old Dormyer Mixer My mom had one for years and was the best mixer she ever owned and her's also had the crome cap on the front which was removable and a meat grinder attachment could be mounted on it. My mom used this mixer every saturday to make homemade bread and was the only one strong enough to mix the batter. Sure brings back some good memories of my childhood, and that's not all she also had the Electrolux vac with the rails. It was a pretty good vac but didn't last very long the motor burned out and Electrolux wouldn't stand behind it to make it good, so it kind of soured my mom on Electrolux vacs. This is an awsome find for the club please get in contact with him asap and see what he wants done with this stuff and if you can have it. You lucky dog. Dan

What beautiful things of what I was able to make out in the pix. Enjoy the hunt. Hope you get a chance to talki "shop" with this elderly gentleman. I'm sure he has a treasure trove of stories too. Bob

WOOHOO!!! Each consecutive picture is constantly better than the last and has me becoming more anxious than usual! I wonder what those Super Filter-Flo's are like...Bob, didn't you say they had a higher GPM rate during filtering?

This is the best of both worlds...automatic washers and vacuums...which, ironically enough, are also my two main interests!! Pete, that looks like a Hoover Celebrity III in picture #18; the entry-level straight suction Celebrity. But it is a hovering model, has a TON of power, and is loads of fun to use!!

PLEASE keep us posted Matt!!! Quiero saber mas!

Could it be?

It seems that there is a GE Washer that matches my dryer in the one pic. That's only about a 2 hour drive from here. Dibs on the GE!

Great pics. Excellent Find. It is like a dream come true. It's amazing looking at all that stuff. so much seems unlabeled. Only the trained eye will be able to make use of it. And yes it would take weeks to make out exactly what is there.
Some one or group is in for some fun with this.
