Gosh, I sure have missed logging into the site and being a part of the discussions. Our home had over two feet of water due to Katrina and we have been temporarily displaced. But, after alot of hard work, we should be back in our home in another three weeks. The renovation is beautiful; looks like an episode of extreme makeover! At that point, I can set up my computer and be a part of the cyber world again. Happily, all of my vintage machines were untouched by the waters. Thanks to so many of you for your calls, cards, emails and well wishes. Its so great to be a part of Applianceville! Todd

Todd called about noon today. He's one tired and wrung out bear--they both are. But he got so excited telling me about the new kitchen and how great it looks with all the new appliances. About 2 weeks more or so. And just in time, the friend they've been staying with has decided to sell the house and move to austin.
