Seriously!

First of all, the comments some of you put about Lysol as a douche have given me quite a bit to LOL over. I needed a good laugh.

Second, how the hell does someone (husband, boyfriend, Lesbian lover) discuss this with the person having the smelly problem/dilemma? I mean, this isn't the same as explaining a dent in the car or some other every day occurrence.
 
It's ALL pank on the inside.

LOL Perhaps the flowers pinned in her hair an intended as a diversion from the festering rot and emanating aromas below. LOL

I was informed of a young lady that used bleach in her who-ha. The fact that she is African-American doesn't help limit the jokes any.. In fact it does the opposite.

this is the funniest post I have ever seen in AW. I can't stop laughing and my sides hurt.

Remember the electric doucher in the early 70's and Consumer Reports said it was unacceptable because of a shock hazard.

If this lady's husband is leaving because of her malodorous eminations, I think she could she could put up with a little electrical tingle in her privates to clean up the mess down there and get her hubby back.

If a woman bathes regularly and eats a balanced diet, douching shouldn't be that necessary. I have found that if it stinks to high heaven there might be something wrong with it and a visit to the gynecologist may be in order.

What I can't stand is when you get in a crowded elevator or in line at the grocery store and you get hit(and hard too!) with that "special odor" you just want to run. I have had serious thoughts about running to the pharmacy section and grabbing a bottle of "Summers Eve" and bringing it back to the offender. Seriously. Imagine the shock and the look on her face!

Now with the Lysol advert it states that it makes you feel "dainty". Just exactly do they mean by that? Wouldn't clean and fresh sound better? Is that a aw.org member that is behind that door?

Like a lot of you I'm cracking up at this stuff...but still I'm totaly grossed out!!!! I guess what really blows my mind is...what the hell kind of mags did these ads run in?
 
And oddly enough there were never any such ads aimed at malodorous males

As Margaret Cho said during one of her comedy shows "Wash that thing, I mean with soap and water! And I don't mean just wiping it on the drapes!". As if there were people out there who would do such things!

Lysol ran these ads in mainstram women's magazines such as Woman's Day, Good Housekeeping, Better Homes & Gardens, Look, etc.

That's simple to answer...

These ads were created by straight males. ;)
They didn't think about the Lysol, but about the douche.

Mothers (probably the same that used to douche with Lysol) would teach boys how to let his "tool" so clean that shines. (maybe with Fels Naphta and a hard brush?)

Also, most of the males start to stink only after they are teenagers, but also, teenagers usually tend to rub it a lot during the shower. (much more than enough to let it spotless clean)
(OMG, i can't believe i just wrote that) hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
