If it's the store bought 3%, yeah, I'd believe it. The store bought 3% peroxide has a ton of garbage in it (stabilizers) to keep the peroxide from quickly deteriorating. Purchase 35% food grade peroxide and water it down to 3%. You must keep food grade peroxide in the refrigerator to prevent deterioration. I believe it has a rather narrow shelf life, so don't go buying a gallon of the stuff if you use it conservatively.
There has been encounters of slowly injecting food grade peroxide in the blood stream to cure cancers as well as a host of other problems. I can confirm it works. I have a friend that had terminal cancer and tried this method via a natural health doctor. Not a trace of cancer anywhere for nearly 10 years now.
