Right... well seeming as in my bedroom there is dead space, I have been getting ideas recently about what to do with it. Soooo... I've been seriously thinking about getting a second washer to go alongside my AEG washer/dryer already in my bedroom. So I'm hoping to get a Miele W526 when I have sufficient funds in about a month's time. Now, does anybody else think it's a crazy idea? 'Cos when I brought up the subject with my dad, he kinds gave me the raised eyebrow look...

But I still think I should do it anyway, what does everyone else think?

Jon

BTW I'm still on chat if anyone wants to join (see post in Super discussion forum)

Go for it!

Why ever not, guy? You have the Lavamat there already! (and the plumbing and wiring, presumably).

As you have learned (I read and liked your other thread), life's short, and uncertain.

For what it is worth, I think you should.

If I could, I would, but I don't think my landlord would take too kindly to me adding another set of hookups to this flat.

But...

The honeycomb drum version costs £100 more!!! And it's easier justifying £589 to my parents then £686...

Oh Louis, what have I told you about giving me ideas?? LOL!!

Maybe if you're lucky I'll get the W2240 ;-). Which is in fact just the W526 with a Honeycomb drum, but there's no pleasing some people is there *cough*Louis!*splutter* ;-) At least it comes with a 10 year warranty...
