I had one of those! Had to get rid of it when I moved. Nothing cooks better!

On a side, related note, what are the measurements of the radarange? I want to get another one and insure that I have room. Thanks!

I've seen owner's manuals for Radaranges of similar vintage at thrift stores in the past. They are in binder form. Matt, I'll keep an eye out if you need one. Beautiful machine!

Thanks Matt. I wasn't referring to buying yours, but the measurements are very helpful. Mine was similar, though it was a 1978 Cookmatic. I actually have located an earlier one I'd like to get if it's current owner will sell it (it's one of the first models). It will be tight if it fits... My opening I have for the microwave is 22 and 5/8 inches wide. I guess we'll see. I'll keep the group posted, if it works out...

yes, it's similar to this one I found on flickr. Probably hasn't been used in 20 years... It's in a locked old 'abandoned' snack truck, located behind a local flee market. I can't imagine it would be a problem, I've found out who the owner is, I just need to figure out how to contact him... But then again, you never know... people are strange.

Having worked on those 'micro-hernia's', it astounds me that that little stand is actually holding that monster up. The Father in law has (still) his Touchmatic II as his daily driver. That thing will probably outlast me...

I was thinking the samething Andrew.... ;-)

The scrollwork on the RR pictured lead me to believe that it was an RR5B. It doesn't happen to have a Cook light anywhere on the panel, does it?
