I was recently contacted by the owner of an RR-4D that's seeking a new home. I believe it's in good working condition. Located in Sudbury, Massachusetts near Boston. Best part...it's FREE!

Contact me at coryheisterkamp at gmail and I'll put you in touch with the owner.

I hope you find one

nearer to you Phil!
We had an old Litton jumbo size one, with the ceramic browning grill. Donated it with the 1988 Magic Chef touch pad self clean gas range. I got a shelf they used to sell for putting the microwave over the ranges. The needy lady was so greatful to get them for her mobile home.
Last week, I took an old Oster blender to the Salvation Army with a set of three base and cordless phones, all still worked. The glass blender pitcher was badly etched though. We never used it anymore. Also two 17 inch working LED flat panel monitors. They weren't HD, but maybe someone can use them.
I don't mind donating to them. They help many.
Two months ago, I got a set of mint condition Noritake Japan "Ranier" pattern china there for $80. Doesn't even look used. I think it was only displayed. We will use it. Complete service for 8, oval platter, and serving bowl. All 8 cups and saucers also. I saw a set on E bay asking over $300.

I keep and use an old radarange for reheating leftovers - along w a newer ge over the range. After 3 years of use the newer ge will start cycling the magnetron after about 20 minutes of NON straight use. Task at hand - baked dog biscuits yesterday in 5 minute intervals per baking pan in the ge. After about the 4th batch i noticed the ge evidently overheated thus cycling the magnetron just as though the power level had been turned down. Complete crap this new stuff is! Someone save this radar as it may have several lifetimes left in it!

My newer GE

OTR cycles the magnetron when on high power after 2 minutes use. Just short cycles.
It has the touch pad across the bottom of the door like an LG does, but curved like the older Profile ranges and dishwasher styling. It was priced lower than the profile models. Now discontinued.

Mike - thanks , something will show up eventually. There are many who need the basics. I have sold some appliances and furniture, rugs ..very cheaply and gave away so much. I'm not able to keep a storehouse of things, anyways.
