Thanks for the info Gordon. It would be cool if the washer was the '81. Manual filtered DA models were rare.

Hey All,
I have the exact same KA Model. Think it is a 91? It had the smaller agitator and I swapped it out for the larger. Have had no problems with it save for one coupler issue. Maybe Super32 had the unfortunate luck of running into the rare lemon, which is too bad. I'd say for 95 bucks it's worth the gamble.
I've taken the auger off the agitator and it seems to have made no impact on the roll over. Can handle two sets of queen sheet plus pillow cases w/o and issue. Anybody else ever do this?

Maybe I had the misfortune but 2 motors later I gave up. It just didn't work for me
my 9904 was still the best top load washer I ever had hands down.
