Ammonia Based Compact Refrigerator

I have a small refrigerator that looks like a small cabinet. It came from the Greenbriar (an upscale resort hotel). It is working, but not cooling as well as it used to. The repairmen I called advised that they do not work on ammonia based refrigerators and in fact had never seen a household ammonia refrigerator. I really like it and can't find anything like it on the web. If anyone in Cincinnati can tell me how to get it fixed I would be so very appreciative. If anyone knows where I can buy a similar unit (new or used) please let me know. Picture of back attached.

a outfit that works on grocery store refrigeration will work on, or have ammonia.
Worth a try?

It looks the same as the Electrolux caravan fridge in my Toyota Hiace camper. Might be worth contacting a place that services caravans and motorhomes.
