Only one paddle to make room for the seven kilos. I wonder if it goes with a minor wash efficiency. If you use all options (stains and allergy and very dirty), the 40 degrees cycle will go for 3h21m... Well that's very long...

Black...

The original Black Hoover machines where glossy black, and for the first year the machines where "Colour Stable"....then they changed to the "Matt Black" and variations started between the colour of the washer and the dryers....the dryers where made in a different factory and a different paint shop for the dryer cabinets, that lasted for four months until production stabalised, and then now we have the "New Glossy Range"....havnt heard of any problems to date!!

To be perfectly honest, the price you're being charged for those machines is inexplicably high.

The most expensive one on that list translates as €1185.03 !!!

There's absolutely no way I would pay that for a machine made by Candy / Hoover. If I was spending > a grand on a washing machine, it would really only be spent on a Miele.

In European terms, I would consider Hoover an extremely ordinary brand. They're just Candy machines with a different control panel layout and a different badge.

If you're going to spend that kind of money on a washing machine, I would suggest looking at alternatives. That's just too way expensive for a Hoover.

That's a very pumped up price

Mrx, I suggest you to do a more detail research, as currently, from Hoover/Candy the most expencive is 8pulse 11kg Dynamic Platinum washing machine (image), and it can be found for 599pounds(739 eurs) on offers, or around 700(862eur) normally, while here white sister costs from 60 to 90pounds less. Anything else is a typical pump up from the stores themselves.

Just like I remember when the first dynamic 10kg was launched, you could find it from 475pounds all the way to over 800 at the same time.

The new VisionTECH machine on the right of this photo is a vast improvement on the basic Optima, i wonder if this range is going to replace the optima series.

The main difference is that it looks & feels more solid & the digital countdown display is the clearest i have seen yet. The only disadvantage is that the A class 59 minute programme has gone.

Hello those in the know, I have got a Optima 1600 6kg washer OPH616 its surplus to my needs do any of you know what its value second hand is ?
Its in perfect working order and only has a few marks on the side it looks really smart.
