Yes from New Orleans.  we order it by the case for us and family.  Got hooked on it when living there as good as homemade mayo to my family.  The Crystal is the best of all hot sauces and we have converted lots of folks to it from the Tabasco like us one taste and never looked back..  Even got our supermakerts here to carry it.

For my kids New Orleans/Metaire is home even thugh none of us live there anymore.

Blue Plate is the ONLY brand of mayo that my cousin Lisha's husband Billy will eat. When they moved to Louisville, KY from Mississippi, they would always buy a case when visiting back home. They are now in Alabama, so can find it in the stores.
