I am having a really annoying issue with my KDS-17A and I don't know what to do to resolve it. The machine has developed this really odd leak directly below the Flo-Thru Drying unit. It's not much. By the end of the cycle it's maybe a tablespoon or two. It starts about second fill or so. I've checked the Check Valve at the top of the unit against the document and it all looks exactly as it is supposed to based on the Service Catalog. The machine is a portable so it's really hard to get up in there when the machine is running but I took one of my security cameras and stuck it under there to watch what was happening. It's hard to see where it's coming out of but it's just a few drops off of the drying unit by the end of the cycle.

Does anyone have any suggestions about what else it could be?

Leaks through The Drying Unit On KA DWs

We used to see this at times, however on built in DWs it was seldom noticed.

Be sure that part #2 is clean and not bent. Also be sure part #1 is pushed down far enough that water won,t get sprayed or splashed down the vent.

Let Us know what you find, John L.
