Another Monday car show here!

Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Family friends had that same color Bonneville when I was a kid.  I think it might have been a 4-door though.  That car was loooooong!

Oh Hans

Those cars are so beautiful.  I would love to find a good old car show!  This is when cars were built with quality and pride completely resourced on American soil -- and that is a long forgotten thing anymore.

That '61 Ford looks like it could easily out-run Andy Taylor's police cruiser of same vintage!

What a treat!!!

Just love vintage autos...

Almost as much as vintage washers and phonographs...

On the Bonneville, what is that thingy on the right side of the dash?...

Is that a passenger-assist handlebar?...

Probably would be considered a safety hazard now, but what a neat idea!...

Oh my!

My neighbor had the same exact 2 door Pontiac Bonneville back when they moved across the street from us in 1964.  Same color, too!  I thought it was one bad machine!

That black Olds 98!  Oh man!  That is one hot sexy ride!

Thanks for sharing!

I somehow missed it. But.

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FORD STARLINER!!!!!!!! Wow!!!! What a gorgeous car. One of my favorite fords of all time.

I saw one at a car show a few weeks ago and nearly fainted. Such a streamlined car.

I do agree on the chevy part. It seems all car shows nowadays are overrun with them. It gets real old and boring to see a million novas, camaros, and impalas.

I wana see packards Chrysler, more fords, and what not.

61 Ford!

This Starliner LOOKS original, even has factory air, but if you look close it has a mid 60s 428 engine and c6 trans., I usually don,t like anything modified, but this looks factory, they even put 390 Thunderbird valve covers on it, yeah, you can bet it will outrun the Andy Griffith special!

Pontiac dash..

The thing on the dash you are asking about is referred to as a " Grab Bar" , but most kids of the 60s called it a "OH SHIT!" handle! with a 389 and 3 two barrell carburetors, it could be just that!!
