Hi all,
So at first I thought I was just imagining it, but after it's happened several times/weeks in a row, I can say it's definitely a pattern.
My washer does not do a fast-speed spin when the wash cycle is set to hot water. I know this because I wash most of my clothes on the normal setting, cool water. However, one load, which consists of my towels, rags, socks and underwear, I always wash on heavy duty, hot water. My normal cycle cool water loads high speed spin just fine every time, but I've never seen my washer get up to full-speed spin when set to hot water on the heavy duty setting. I should note that I've tried warm water on said cycle, and it gets up to full-speed spin. However, on hot water it just does the slower speed spin, which is frustrating as about half of that load consists of heavy towels that take forever in the dryer if not spun out properly. I can't speak for if this is a problem on other settings, as I've only used hot water on heavy duty.
Washer model is WTW4816FW.
What the heck gives?
Hope everyone is well.
