Another WP brand, or Inglis comes to the USA

Just came from Best Buy. Inglis by Whirlpool washers, dryers and dishwashers. BOL stuff to compete with Roper, or is Roper going away? Or is Roper becoming MOL, WP becoming upper MOL (or is that lower TOL) and Kitchen Aid as TOL? Niche marketing and market saturation to dilute the brand and confuse customers. It really SUX!

Brilliant, especially with the Maytag acquisition...

Aren't the Inglis and Roper machines exactly the same, except for labeling? I know that WP owns Roper.

I"m not sure hot accurate the web info on the Inglis @ BB is, but it appears one of their higher-end mechanical dw has gthe PowerClean system and racks without "nozzles/towers" in it, That I like. PowerClean and open racks. But no silverware in the door.

I will look in BB and See if "Inglis" is out here. Roper is WP "Builders Brand" would "Inglis" be a TOL brand?

Inglis would be considered here MOL mostly, on a par with the Whirpools, but not Whirpool Golds Roper is solely BOL.
There are still many people in Canada who view Inglis as the brand of choice perhaps not even realizing they're just rebadged WP's or Kenmores.
