Oh the dryers on c's list.  Confusion about brands,  sometimes no idea if they are electric or gas. I am always looking for less expensive gas Kenmores or whirlpools with the filter on top.  My $80.  Kenmore konked out this week, i now have a whirlpool, its push to start button also lets you dial 30 minutes of wrinkle gaurd or 90 minutes of wrinkle guard. It runs quietly like my electric kitchenAid i gave to my brother when we moved here and had a gas connection. alr
