I don't think I've ever seen one of these, the knobs look like late 70s/ early 80s Kenmore ranges.

IIRC,  you could also order the tall backsplash, with a warming oven on one side and  exhaust fan disguised in the opposite space.  Set up looked similar to a "Heartland".
