Anybody in the Seattle area want to trade a washer for a '52 Bendix dryer?

I have an old Bendix dryer that I'm not really interested in, I'd much rather have an old washer instead. If there's anybody in the Seattle area who'd like to do an even trade let me know. The Bendix is in very nice shape and was working when I brought it out of the old house it came from. I'd like to trade it for a GE or Maytag preferably.

So what are you thinking?

I should mention I'm not dead set on the two brands above. Not too picky, as long as it's 50's/60's, works well and looks cool. I'd actually use the washer, unlike the dryer which I haven't used since I've owned it.

No... no... I'm not interested (sorry!) I'd rather have the washer then the dryer and I don't have the washer, so...

 

But it does look to be in pretty awesome condition!   I just wanted a photo posted so anyone interested could see what we're dealing with here.   Besides, I'm in LA.

Guess my mothers early 50's Bendix dryer was ALOT lower model than that one. Timer was in the same spot but no window in the door and name plate was just plain BENDIX. Was a PITA to light the pilot every time it was used having to go through the bottom access panel as she made sure the pilot was off to save gas
