Anyone know how to play a mime.php movie???

Hi all, I had a movie on my Alltel cell phone that I emailed to myself. I downloaded the attachment from the email to my desktop. The file, by default, was named mime.php. I can't figure out what to use to play it. I changed the extension to .flv, and it played, but without sound. .mpg doesn't work at all

It seems lot's you you have some experience with editing movies, what with all the wonderful washer and vacuum movies I've collected. Thanks all!

Does anyone know how to convert this file to something that will play on my computer, with sound?
