The brand is called Bradford. I found it on Ebay sometime last year. I recall reading that it was owned by Norge.

here's the main photo of the two beauties.

Those are (rather, were) my machines actually, and yes, they were owned by Norge! They were mini Norges had the Burpilator, gun-shot brake and everything! Each machine was 21 inches wide, another member has the Montgomery Wards version in white!

a couple more things, this my first thread and i am new, and if there was already a thread on the rare Bradford set I apologize.

Welcome to AW

It's been awhile since we have seen these, and it is great to see something besides Maytags and Kenmores. Please show us some more pixs.

And what else you got in that laundry room anyway?? Pixs please! <:

I'm sorry I don't own these I only saved the photos last year as I believe they would come in handy later, and what is very sad is that it had a picture of the burpilator agitator in action I'm very sorry that I didn't save that photo those two photo's that I posted were the only ones I saved onto my computer.

I forgot to say I don't have a washing machine collection I wish I did though. those washers in the background of the photos was the sellers appliances.

These units were sold at Grants Department Stores. It was their brand name and also the name of their in store restaurant, Bradford House. My grandmother had a portable Bradford washer with the separate spin basket that she purchased right before they went bankrupt and closed completely
