anyone use a free gps on cell phone?

Hey everyone. I just got the HTC Touch Pro 2 and it came pre loaded with Telenav software. I have a 14 day free trial, but after that I'll have to pay 10 dollars a month to T-mobile if I want to use it. I typically don't go anywhere that I don't know where it already is, but every now and then I find a vacuum or something on CL that I can't live without. I usually do things the "old fashioned" way on mapquest or google maps and print it out or use google maps on the phone. I don't want to pay 10 dollars more month (already paying over 100 dollars for unlimited minutes, unlimited text messaging and internet access).

So, I'd like to find a speaking turn by turn gps for mobile phones that is free... do any of you use one or know of one that you can recommend?
