Anyone with Frigidaire dishwashers want to attest to this?

I found the TOL stuff is good, but the BOL is, just that. regardless of what color or material the front panel is.
It seems I was put on this earth to defend Frigidaire's TOL dishwasher, too. I had two of them (late 90's and early 2000's) and both cleaned very well and were quiet by the standards of that day. Didn't do as great a job on pots/pans as my more recent Maytag and LG, but the cycle time was also much shorter. Except for the ubiquitous motherboard problem, both proved themselves reliable under exceptionally tough use.
Now, having said all that, I wouldn't trade my LG (or my Maytag, for that matter) for a Frigidaire!

Actually...
...I like the TOL model I bought from Sears. It is very much silent, and kicks butt. Granted, waiting for the Ultimate Scrub cycle to finish takes years off one's life, but everything is (as it should be) flawless.
The only aspects that take some getting used to are:
- Running Hi-Temp Wash can distort plastics due to the exceptionally low water level and the element being energized. Feels like fifties dishwashing all over again.
- The spray is not as fierce (cite: Christian Siriano) as the KitchenAid, so you can't wedge everything on top of everything else, or you might get an errant leaf of spinach or bit of crumbs here and there.
However, with thoughtful loading, it holds a ton, and is oh-so-quiet...
Now, let the raggings for buying a new Electrolux dishwasher to replace my KitchenAid begin ;-)

Nate---I believe the new Electrolux models use the Maytag design; at least certain ones do. If you have an Electro-Tag, it should be an excellent dw!

I have their Pro Series dishwasher and it does o.k. But the one I had in Florida (GE Tall Tub) kicked ass!I never had a minute's trouble with it and never had to rewash anything.It was not their top of gthe line model either but the beginner model of the 6 level wash system models.

My neighbor replaced her old Kenmore DW with a new Frigidaire, and REGRETS IT! She says it doesn't clean worth a damn, is noisy, and the racks are already rusting badly after only three years. Not what they were in the General Motors days!
My 18" portable Kenmore (built by Frigidaire) DW is going on 10 years and so far the only problem is the recently bad door spring. Cleans well enough for what the unit is, and hasn't had any other problems.
Good strong force of water too, will blast light weight items on both levels out of their place if not properly secured.

In 2000 I bought one of the last ALMOND (before switching to Bisque) Near TOL Frig. DW.
I thought is was awesome. I liked the reversing motor that would wash one rack, then the other. And you could conserve by washing only one rack. And it was quiet, and sleek. Now I can't speak for longevity. I sold it with a house in 2002. But I never had any probs. with it.
However
at the same time, I had rental props. I replaced several DWs with BOL frigs. You really couldn't use the entire top rack. Only the very center would get clean. and they were loud.
