Appliance Salvage yard spotted in Oxnard, CA

I was trying to get from Ventura back to LA last week and was diverted due to a mudslide; taking the 118 exit from hwy 126, I drove through some surface streets, and on Welles Road there was an appliance salvage place, lots and lots of machines out in the yard. It seemed like it was part of some municipal recycling program and there was a big banner that said "appliances for sale". I didn't have time to stop..oh how I wanted to... I'll try to get back up there in the next few weeks and see what it's all about. Any Ventura or Oxnard area people on here that know what this is?

Was the place called mars appliance? Like an actual store? If it was i've been there =-)
