Argument for Gay Marriage

While sitting through grueling 5 hour mediation the other day and listening to the attorneys say "now if this were a marriage, this would be very clear cut......." I had never really thought much about the possibility of going through something like that. I had been through a heterosexual divorce many years ago and it was NOTHING like this awful break up.

It's nice to be back and able to interact on this site. For 6 years if I made an entry or comment on here, I would be quizzed or he would be jealous that I was communicating with people with common interests.

Sorry, I think I just needed to publically vent. If anyone has some good energy to send my way, please do not hesitate....

Well, 6 years was way tooooo long to put up with that shit, but it's over now and you have to look forward to a happy future. Marriage certainly isn't everything some think it's cracked up to be either! But at least you're free from that kind of badgering, harrassment and nagative energy! Now it's time to smile, move on and be happy!! I had an ex like that....didn't take long to send him packing. Very negative person, negative energy, browbeater, etc. Not for me!!

Yikes. I've known a few of those. Heck, at age 19 I was one of those. Fortunately my partner at the time read me the riot act and made me understand it was my problem not his.
