ATK: Banana Bread

America's Test Kitchen has a recipe for Banana Bread that calls for microwaving a cluster of bananas and using the rendered juices for flavoring the bread. It looked like a pretty good recipe, but I don't have the recipe.

Wondering if anyone has the recipe and/or have tried it?

I wont be able to attempt this recipe until next weekend. I don't have any bananas in my pantry at the moment.

This is the recipe I use for banana bread. It is fantastic. One note: if you plan to freeze the loaf, leave out the thinly sliced banana that goes on top of the loaf. It gets mushy if you freeze it.
