Aunt Georgies Macaroni Salad

My Aunt Georgie,"Georgie Craig Johnson, 1919-2012", made this as long as I can remember, it has always been one of my favorite recipes.
Boil and drain,
1- 8 oz box macaroni.
Chop and add,1/2 cup each of the following,
celery
onion
green pepper
cheddar cheese.."cube this into 1/4 inch cubes"
sliced olives
5 or 6 sliced radishes
2 TBSP minced parsley'
Top with the following dressing and mix well..

1 cup DUKES mayonnaise
2 TBSP vinegar
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp celery seed
Cover and chill

The dressing is also good for potato salad.

Forgot...To the dressing add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper!

Hans, do you mean prepared mustard (French's, Heinz, etc.) or dry?

Sounds tasty. I always do a starch on starch. Boil potatoes, egg and elbow macaroni and mix in the same stuff like yours.
