Not sure who they are

but one of their products is Austins bleach, made by James Austin Co in Mars PA. It suggests this outfit is a distributor rather than a manufacturer

Probably nothing wrong with the products within their quality classifications (enzymes/bleaches/...)...can't compare their light soil suds-o to Tide/Gain/Persil/Wisk/Sears. 40 years ago my mom bought detergent in 25 pound kraft bags from AH Robins in St. Louis and took orders from the neighbors...this was a pretty standard phosphated HD detergent of the time and she had a dozen neighbors that she'd take orders from.

Oh I don't know

True commercial laundry detergents tend to blow the socks off many supermarket/store brands. Though P&G, Henkel,Unilever and the other major players do often offer "institutional/commercial" versions of Tide, Persil and the rest.

What one often finds with commercial detergents is they are designed to suit often very specific purposes. That is due to often short cycles not all products contain enzymes (cycles are often too short for them to work), but you can purchase separately and then run the proper cycle.

As for the maximum suds with clean rinsing perhaps that is meant to emphasis high surfactant action for cleaning oily dirt. Things like massage towels, bed linens, etc...
