I thought this was an interesting little number - especially in light of our recent Farberware open hearth discussion - so I picked it up for further inspection.

Who doesn't need a little avocado in their kitchen? I used to really hate that color, but it's grown on me in recent years.

That is really neat Dan. I don't believe I have ever seen this unit before. Have to agree with you somehow avocado has grown on me as well.

I wonder if the enameled finish on this one would be easier to maintain and keep new looking than the stainless of the Faberware.
 
I also like the design of the heating element. It looks like the heat delivery would be very even from it. But it could be a bit difficult to find a replacement if ever necessary as these rotisseries seem to be quite rare.
